About creation of Public institution "Republican palace of culture of Kangurt"
According to Articles 52 and 132 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Create Public institution "Republican palace of culture of Kangurt".
2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve in accordance with the established procedure the organization-legal and financial issues connected with Public institution "Republican palace of culture of Kangurt".
3. Establish the extreme number of employees of Public institution "Republican palace of culture of Kangurt" in number of 35 units and finance by means of the republican budget.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan financing of activities and content of Public institution "Republican palace of culture of Kangurt" since January 1, 2023 at the expense of the republican budget and in accordance with the established procedure in the years ahead to provide in the budget on these purposes necessary means.
5. Add the List of organizations and organizations of system of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 604 "About the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan", the sixty fourth paragraph of the following content:
"Public institution" republican palace of culture of Kangurt"".
6. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
