1. Create Public institution "The historical and cultural center Baldzhuvan".
2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of Khatlon Region and Baldzhuvansky district in accordance with the established procedure in three-months time to resolve organization-legal issues of Public institution "The historical and cultural center Baldzhuvan".
3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan financing of activities of Public institution "The historical and cultural center Baldzhuvan" in 2026 at the expense of means of subordinated organizations of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and in the years ahead at the expense of means of the republican budget.
4. To add the list of organizations and organizations of system of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 604 "About the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the sixty seventh paragraph of the following content:
