About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 15, 2014 No. 179

2. Bring in the Regulations on the Agency of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 15, 2014 No. 179 "About the Agency of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes and amendments:
Items 1, of 2, 3 and 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. The agency of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Agency), being the central executive body of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan, submits and it is accountable to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and within the powers performs single state policy and normative legal regulation of the sphere of public service.
