About the List of universal services and procedure for their financing
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About electric communication" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan DECIDES:
1. Approve the List of universal services and procedure for their financing (appendices 1 and 2).
2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to open for the communication service the special account of universal services in head department of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to organize control of target use of means of the special account of universal services.
4. To assist the relevant ministries and departments, and also local executive bodies of the government in implementation of measures for development of communications infrastructure for providing with universal services in the sparsely populated and remote regions.
5. The communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till February 20 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on results of realization of universal services.
