1. Establish quota of immigration and attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026 in number of 5500 (five thousand five hundred) people according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. The foreign citizens performing labor activity in priority projects and investment industry agreements on the basis of interstate or intergovernmental acts do not enter this quota.
