About approval of Rules of interaction of authorized body of environmental protection with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on submission of confidential information and the data which are tax secret
According to the subitem 5) of Item 6 of article 45 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subitems 3) and 5) of Item 3 of article 19 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of authorized body of environmental protection with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on submission of confidential information and the data which are tax secret.
2. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide within five working days from the date of signing of this joint order the direction it to the copy in electronic form on Kazakh and Russians in the Republican state company "Institute of the Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan placement of this joint order on Internet resources, after day of its first official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on vice-chairmen of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
