About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - changes and amendments).

2. To National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market and financial monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for:
