Based on the paragraph of third subitem 2.1 of Item 2, of paragraphs of third and fifth Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 "About marking of goods" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 243
1. The goods specified in Items 22-28 of appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 to No. 1030 "About the goods which are subject to marking", marked by the protected material carriers with the put means of identification and being in circulation in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for March 1, 2027 are subject to turnover (except for import and cross-border trade) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the specified date till February 28, 2037.
2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 1030 "About the goods which are subject to marking" the following changes:
to state the interlinear note to part one of Item 2 in the following edition:

* Except for the goods provided in appendix Items 22-28 2, marked by the protected material carriers with the put means of identification.";
to state Items 37 and 38 of appendix 2 to this resolution in the following edition:
"37. Juice fruit (including grape must) and juice vegetable, unfermented and not containing alcohol additives, with addition or without addition of sugar or other edulcorant substances in consumer packaging, except the refrigerated and concentrated juice ******* from 2009 on May 1, 2026 - -
38. Waters, including the mineral and gassy, containing additives of sugar or other edulcorant or vkusoaromatichesky substances, and other soft drinks (including kvass, drinks on vegetable raw materials, fruit drinks, compotes) in consumer packaging ******* 2202, except for: 2202 91 000 0, 2202 99 910 0, 2202 99 950 0, 2202 99 990 0 on May 1, 2026 - -".
