About the goods which are subject to marking

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2, of paragraphs of third and fifth Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 243 "About marking of goods", the unified control signs or means of identification, No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 243, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of subitem 3.4 of Item 3 of the Regulations on functioning of the state information system of marking of goods

1. Determine:

the inventory, subject to marking by the unified control signs, according to appendix 1;

the inventory, subject to marking by means of identification, according to appendix 2.

2. Additional transaction (stage of turnover of goods) on the goods provided in appendix 2 * when which implementing the subjects of managing performing turnover of goods have obligation on transfer of information about them and additional transaction (stage of turnover of goods) in the state information system of marking of goods the unified control signs or means of identification is sale (movement) of goods within cross-border trade.

The subjects of managing performing sale (movement) within cross-border trade of the goods marked by means of identification before implementation of such transaction transfer to the state information system of marking of goods by the unified control signs or means of identification information determined by the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection.
