Based on the paragraph of the sixth of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and in pursuance of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Union State of February 2, 2026 No. 4 "About giving of products of the Belarusian and Russian producers of the status "goods of the Union State" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Determine the State committee on standardization by the body authorized on verification of the status "goods of the Union State" (further - verification).
2. Determine that:
2.1. verification is performed according to Procedure for giving of products of the Belarusian and Russian producers of the status "goods of the Union State", and also the verifications of such status approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Union State of February 2, 2026 No. 4;
2.2. The state committee on standardization has the right:
involve in verification implementation the legal entities subordinated to the State committee on standardization;
receive from republican state bodies and other organizations in time, not exceeding three working days, information necessary for verification implementation.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
