About criminological examination
For the purpose of enhancement of legal and organizational basis of conducting criminological examination of projects of regulatory legal acts (regulatory legal acts), and also I decide crime preventions:
1. Publish Regulations on procedure for conducting criminological examination (appendix 1).
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About change of the laws concerning rule-making activities".

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2026 No. 131
1. This Provision determines legal and organizational basis of conducting criminological examination of projects of regulatory legal acts (regulatory legal acts) (further, unless otherwise specified, - criminological examination).
2. Criminological examination - the research of contents of the project of regulatory legal act (regulatory legal act) for the purpose of detection in it of rules of law which application can entail (entailed) emergence of negative effects in different spheres of the public relations in connection with availability of risks of criminogenic nature (further - emergence of risks of criminogenic nature).
3. The main objectives of criminological examination are:
the objective and comprehensive forecasting of possibility of risks of criminogenic nature in the course of application of regulatory legal acts corresponding to modern development of criminological science;
