About some questions of evacuation of farm animals
According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union", and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the specified Agreement, I ORDER:
1. Impose for a period of six months export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the third countries and to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of bull-calves of cattle (code 0102 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union).
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 4, 2025 No. 416 "About some questions of evacuation of farm animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 37340).
4. To committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of interaction with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
