About approval of the Procedure for consideration by state bodies and local government bodies of requests of investors about provision of the stimulating measures at stage of the conclusion of the investment agreement

For the purpose of creation of the unified and transparent conditions for investors, according to Articles 21, 34 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides streamlinings of procedures of consideration of requests for receipt of measures of the state support of investment projects:

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration by state bodies and local government bodies of requests of investors about provision of the stimulating measures at stage of the conclusion of the investment agreement according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
