"3. Appraisal of quality of cattle of the meat direction of productivity is carried out annually in all farms, irrespective of forms of their property and managing, from August to October months (depending on zone and condition of fatness of animals).
Cattle of the meat direction of productivity having the status of breeding animal given by the relevant republican chamber according to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 11, 2015 to No. 3-3/1084 "About approval of Rules of assignment (suspension, cancellation) the status of breeding products (material) is subject to appraisal of quality" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12897.).
Appraisal of quality of cattle of the breeding animal who does not have the status is carried out at the request of its owner.
Young growth to six-months age, animals on fattening, oxen and eunuchs are not subject to appraisal of quality.
Appraisal of quality of young growth of not reached six-months age by the time of carrying out bonitation is allowed, in case of the subsequent realization on the breeding purposes.";
