About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About use of atomic energy in the peace purposes"

In recent years in our country the large-scale work aimed at the development of nuclear power, safety of energy use and strong growth of industries of economy is carried out.
At the same time there is need of refining of powers of authorized state body in the field of use of atomic energy, and also the bodies having separate powers on public administration in this sphere.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About use of atomic energy in the peace purposes" makes the changes and additions providing refining of powers of the Agency on atomic energy under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and public authorities on places in the field of use of atomic energy and also definition of powers of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this sphere is given.
This Law will serve enhancement of activities of authorized state body in the field of use of atomic energy and the mechanism of implementation of state programs and scientific research in this sphere, and also to expansion of powers in the field of nuclear and radiation safety.
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 9, 2019 No. ZRU-565 "About use of atomic energy in the peace purposes" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 9, Art. 590; 2021, appendix to No. 4) following changes and amendment:
1) in Article 10:
in word part one "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "republican executive bodies";
in part two of the word "authorized body of public administration in the field of nuclear power" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of use of atomic energy";
