Article 1. Bring in the Code of inland water transport of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2002 the following changes:

1. To add article 8 after the paragraph of the ninth with the paragraph of the following content:

"establishes procedure for development and approval of the technological scheme of performance of works on irretrievable extraction of nonmetallic construction materials on inland waterways;".

2. From part one of Article 14 of the word", territorial authorities of public administration on natural resources and environmental protection" to exclude.

Article 2. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil of July 14, 2008 the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

"35-3. Show of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil - natural accumulation of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of the subsoil, on quality meeting requirements of suitability for industrial and other economic use which quantity of inventories is not established.";

state Item 39-1 in the following edition:

"39-1. Unauthorized use of natural resources - use of natural resources without receipt of the documents which are legal basis of use of natural resources, and (or) use of natural resources behind borders of the provided geological or mountain branch, and (or) mining over quantity of inventories of the minerals specified in the act certifying mountain branch.";

to add Item 44 after the word "fields" with words "(its parts)".

2. In Article 2:

from Item 1 of the word "other laws, normative legal" to exclude;

add Article with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. The relations connected with protection and use of underground waters, arising in the field of drinking water supply are regulated by the legislation in the field of drinking water supply and water disposal (sewerage) in the part which is not settled by the legislation on protection and use of subsoil.";

"11. Features of legal regulation of the relations regulated by this Code can be established by the president of the Republic of Belarus.".

"1.8. establishes procedure for placement, development, recultivation and accounting of intraeconomic pits.";

exclude subitems 1.9 and 1.10.
