1. Transfer functions on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder (participant) in Kyrgyztelekom open joint stock company from the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transfer of function on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder (participant) in some economic societies with the state share" of May 10, 2022 No. 250 the following change:
in Item 1 of the word "Kyrgyztelekom open joint stock company," to exclude.
3. To the ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
