For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of some economic societies with the state share, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Transfer functions on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder (participant) in Kyrgyztelekom open joint stock company, Eurasian Savings Bank open joint stock company, Alpha Telecom private company, from Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 257 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The ministry of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic performs powers of the shareholder (participant) in economic societies in which there are stocks (shares) in the authorized capital owned by the state.";

- add Item 12 with subitem 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) to make offers on candidates for election in governing bodies of economic societies in which acts as the shareholder (participant) on behalf of the state;".

3. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure to submit projects of the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
