About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About fishery and preserving water biological resources"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About fishery and preserving water biological resources" of May 21, 2011 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2011, No. 2, Art. 41; 2017, No. 2, Art. 80; Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, Art. No. 2-3, 54) following changes and amendment:

1) in Article 1 of the text of the Law in state language:

in paragraph four of the word "bioserisdeleri ya-da" to exclude;

in paragraphs seven and the fifteenth ambassador of the word "awlanan" to add with the word of "(tutulan)";
