1. Make to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes concerning introduction of electronic traceability of turnover of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 2024 "About approval of the Procedure of payments of the amounts of the excise tax which shall be paid by economic operators - producers/importers for the created unique identifiers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 92, to the Art. 5934) of the word and figures "since January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words No. 1137 also in figures "since November 1, 2026".
2. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 2025 No. 823 "About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 64, of the Art. 4368) words and figures "become effective since January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words and figures "become effective since November 1, 2026".
