About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, Art. 900; 2020, No. 61, Art. 1991; 2021, No. 19, Art. 796; 2023, No. 60, Art. 3386; 2024, No. 97, the Art. 6202) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 7 and 8 of Item of 3 changes, approved by this resolution, becoming effective since January 1, 2026, and Item 1, of the subitem of 1 Item 2, of subitems 1-5 and 11-14 of Item 3, of subitems 1-6 of item 4 and Item of 5 changes, approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its publication and are applied since January 1, 2026 and affect before adoption of the laws of Ukraine on introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning transfer of administration of single fee obligatory national social insurance to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine and about introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning transfer of administration of single fee on obligatory national social insurance to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine.
