1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2023 No. 1031 "About approval of Rules and requirements of entrance (import) to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the vehicles registered in competent authority of other state, and their operation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:
in Rules and requirements of entrance (import) to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the vehicles registered in competent authority of other state, and their operation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution the subitem 5) of Item 2 to state in the following edition:
"5) the vehicle which is in international movement on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the vehicle operated by the foreigner or the stateless person which do not have the residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and at the same time corresponding to the following conditions:
belongs to the physical person or legal entity having the permanent residence or the location out of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
it is not registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
it is temporarily imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The vehicle is also considered being in international movement on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan if it is operated by the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan having the permanent residence out of the Republic of Kazakhstan and:
belongs to it;
it is not registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
it is temporarily imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
