About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499 "About the register of program (program and technical) means of participants of the payment market of the Republic of Belarus and payment software applications of payment service providers" the following changes:
in preamble to replace the word of "fifth" with the word of "sixth";
in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of program (program and technical) means of participants of the payment market of the Republic of Belarus and payment software applications of payment service providers approved by this resolution:
to add Item 3 part one after the word of "calculations" with the words "and standards of financial services and technologies";
to add item 4 after part one with part of the following content:
"For the purpose of maintaining the register of JSC BMRTs performs:
inclusion of data on software, payment software application in the register;
change of data on software, payment software application in the register;
prolongation of term of finding of data on software, payment software application in the register;
exception of data on software, payment software application of the register.";
in paragraph three of Item 8 and the paragraph third Item 10 "standards" to replace the word with the word "standards)";
in Item 13 to replace the word of "five" with figure "5";
in Item 14:
in part one "six" to replace the word with figure "6";
