1. In the Order of the Government No. 1361/2005 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for investigation of labor accidents (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 9-12, 51), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in the resolution:
1.1.1. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:
"Based on article 23 of the Law No. 756/1999 on work accident insurance and occupational diseases (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 31-33, 192), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government";
1.1.2. add with harmonization formula in the following edition:
