Some questions of assignment from reserve fund of the government budget
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance (nation-wide expenses and crediting) for 2025 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation in the way:
reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the budget program 3511280 "The additional grant from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of powers of local government bodies in the disoccupied, temporarily occupied and other territories of Ukraine submitted negative impact in connection with the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation" for 8800000 thousand hryvnias;
increase in amount of expenses according to the budget program 3511030 "Reserve fund" for 8800000 thousand hryvnias.
Provide to the Ministry of Finance entering into list of the government budget of the changes connected with expense reallocation, provided by this Item.
2. Allocate to the Ministry of development of communities and territories of 8800000 thousand hryvnias for financing of provision of compensation for the destroyed property according to the procedure, No. 600 determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2023 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of compensation for the destroyed real estate units" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023 p., No. 60, Art. 3382).
To the Ministry of Finance to perform the specified expenses on irretrievable basis at the expense of means of reserve fund of the government budget.
3. Determine that the Procedure for use of means of budget reserve fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 415 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002 No. 14, the Art. 734), except Items 26, of 27, of 30, is not applied to assignment from reserve fund of the government budget for accomplishment of this resolution.
