Some questions of state regulation of the prices of medicines
According to article 20-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure for summarizing of the prices of medicines;
Procedure for declaring of the prices of medicines in the National price catalog;
Procedure for creation and management of national price catalog.
2. Determine that:
1) data on the declared change of wholesale selling price on the medicines included in the list of the declared wholesale selling prices on medicines are subject to exception the Ministry of Health from the specified list in case of inclusion of the prices of such medicines in the National price catalog;
Limiting 2) wholesale selling prices on the medicines included in the list of data on extreme wholesale selling prices with some medicines purchased for budgetary funds and subjects to reference pricing are not applied to the medicines included in the National price catalog and are subject to exception the Ministry of Health from the specified list in case of inclusion of the prices of such medicines in the National price catalog;
