2. In case of serious illness of the employee, including owing to the sustained injuries (wound, injury, contusion), to two members of his family or two close relatives fare railway, air, water and automobile (except for taxi) with transport from the place of their residence to sore point and back once during disease according to the procedure, determined by the head of authorized federal executive body is paid.
3. For the purposes of this Article close relatives of the employee are understood as the father (mother), the father (mother) of the spouse, the son (daughter), full (not full) brothers and sisters.".
