Article 1

"8) the widow (widowers) of persons specified in Items 2 and 3 of this part, the military personnel, employees of federal executive bodies and federal state bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation sent to other states by public authorities of the Russian Federation and who were involved in fighting on duty in these states or according to decisions of the public authorities of the Russian Federation which were involved in fighting in the territory of the Russian Federation, died in case of execution of obligations by them military service (service duties), obligations under the contract on voluntary assistance in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or troops of national guard of the Russian Federation during the special military operation (fighting in the territory of the Russian Federation or the territories of other states) or the dead owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the diseases got by them in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (service duties), obligations under the contract on voluntary assistance in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or troops of national guard of the Russian Federation during the special military operation (fighting in the territory of the Russian Federation or the territories of other states) which after the death of the spouse (spouse) did not enter new scrap;

9) the widow (widowers) of the persons specified in item 4 of this part, who died in connection with participation in fighting as a part of Armed Forces of the Donetsk People's Republic, National militia of the Luhansk People's Republic, military forming and bodies of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since May 11, 2014 or the dead owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the diseases got by them in connection with participation in the specified fighting which after the death of the spouse (spouse) did not enter new scrap.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
