About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning development of the financial market and the market of digital financial assets

Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve the enclosed List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning development of the financial market and the market of digital financial assets to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for Items 1, of 2, of 4, of 5, 6 and 7 Lists which become effective since May 1, 2026.

the paragraph of twenty third Item 6 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"1) operation and maintenance of the integrated information system of the over-the-counter market;";

the paragraph of the twenty fourth Item 6 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"2) provision to the clients of access to the integrated information system of the over-the-counter market;";

the paragraph of the fifty second Item 6 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"4) orders and (or) other instructions (documents) received by means of digital systems of Bloomberg (Bloomberg) and (or) Reuters (Reuters) according to the procedure and on the conditions defined by the agreement signed between providers of these information systems and the central depositary:";

the paragraph of the fifty eighth Item 6 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"22. The central depositary within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order draws up refusal in writing or in electronic form with use of information systems according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the electronic document and the digital signature with indication of the reasons of its non-execution in cases:".
