About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307
For the purpose of expansion of scope and enhancement of targeting of provision of monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, "uy-buly lump" according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307 the following changes:
1) in Item 2:
- in subitem 2 of the word "1000 (one thousand) som" shall be replaced with words "1500 (one thousand five hundred) som;";
- declare subitem 6 invalid;
2) in Regulations on procedure for determination of needs of citizens (families) in monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, - "uy-buly lump", approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the name of Chapter 6 in the following edition:
"Chapter 6. Accounting of consumer durables and real estate in case of determination of comprehensive income of the family having children";
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. In the presence at the family having children of one and more names of the consumer durables which are in working order and also in the presence at the family having children of two and more units of real estate in the form of premises the family has no right to benefit "uy-buly lump".";
- in the subitem 1 of Item 16 of figure "20" to replace with figures "15";
- appendix to the Regulations on procedure for determination of needs of citizens (families) in monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, - "uy-buly" to state lump in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. To the state agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic till March 1, 2027 to conduct universal examination of high-quality condition of soils and to provide sizes of points of site class of soils by areas, areas and ayylny aimags to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic for their further use when updating standard rates of the income from allotments and personal plots.
3. To state bodies on permanent basis to provide interaction with the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of detection of needs of families in monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, "uy-buly lump" within system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk regarding provision of information according to appendix 2.
4. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
