1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of carrying special and departmental dress code" of December 18, 2025 No. 813 the following changes:
in the List of state bodies and organizations, and also executive bodies of local self-government which staff have the right to carrying special and departmental dress code, approved by the above-stated resolution:
Item 1 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. Special dress code - the uniform (regimentals) established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and signs of distinction of staff of state bodies determining belonging of employees to state bodies which according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic gives the special ranks and/or special class ranks.";
2) Item 2 of Chapter 1:
- add with subitem 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1) Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
- add with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) Service of legal executives under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
