About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made (further – the List).
2. In spheres of oil and gas of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of the state control:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to legal department of service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 11, 2026 and is subject to official publication, except for paragraphs two, the third, fifth and sixth Item 1, of paragraphs two, the third, fifth and sixth Item 2, of paragraphs two, third, fifth and sixth Item 3 of the List which become effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
