"5) the operator - the legal entity performing maintenance of the state digital system.";
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The size of quota is as like as two peas established depending on capacity of the feedlot in the following sizes:
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 500 (five hundred) heads - 100 (hundred) tons;
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 1000 (one thousand) heads - 200 (two hundred) tons;
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 2000 (two thousand) heads - 400 (four hundred) tons;
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 3000 (three thousand) heads - 600 (six hundred) tons;
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 4000 (four thousand) heads - 800 (eight hundred) tons;
in case of capacity of the feedlot from 5 000 (five thousand) heads - 1 000 (one thousand) tons;
