Article 1. Third of Item 1 of article 65-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2007 No. 220-Z "About prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus" to state part in the following edition:
"Pension payment, specified in parts one and the second this Item, to persons which did not reach generally established retirement age during passing of the public civil service, work on the employment contract or to the period during which the pensioner is individual entrepreneur, the lawyer, performs notarial activities, stops.".
Article 2. "About public service" to state Item 7 of article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 to No. 175-Z in the following edition:
"7. To the citizens who did not reach generally established retirement age during passing of civil service, work on the employment contract or to the period during which the pensioner is individual entrepreneur, the lawyer, performs notarial activities, pension payment for long service stops.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
