About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 and of September 22, 2023 No. 1032

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, Art. 2528; 2025, No. 75, of the Art. 5138) and of September 22, 2023 No. 1032 "Some questions of alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity the single participant (founder) of which is the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 95, the Art. 5638) changes which are applied.

1. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 with No. 634 Item 13-7 of the following content:
"13-7. For warlike situation and within six months after its termination or cancellation transfer to lease of state-owned property - the energy equipment, namely - power transformers, high-voltage switches, disconnectors, inputs, power cables which is not used for designated purpose to operators of systems of distribution of electrical energy is performed without holding the auction. The monthly rent for such state-owned property constitutes 1 hryvnia for each object of lease. Independent assessment of the specified property is not carried out.".
