2) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of March 15, 2002 No. 245 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of December 28, 2000 No. 1230" (registration No. 3377) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 16, 2002;
3) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of July 23, 2002 No. 777 "About modification and amendments in the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 28.12.2000 No. 1230" (registration No. 3684) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 13, 2002;
