Regulations on the Federal Customs Service

I. General provisions

1. 5.1.4. behind the foreign trade barter deals;

5.1.5. behind observance at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation of procedure of the international motor transportations;

5.1.6. behind observance at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation of requirements of international treaties and acts in the sphere of customs regulation, the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of veterinary science, ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing, quality and safety of foodstuff, materials and products, quarantine of plants, safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals, seed farming concerning seeds of agricultural plants", seed farmings concerning seeds of agricultural plants regarding the competence of customs authorities established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, acts of the Government of the Russian Federation;
