Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 53, the Art. 3086) and of June 24, 2022 No. 722 "Some questions of implementation of allowing and registration procedures in construction in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 53, the Art. 3086) changes which are applied.

"6) approval of programs and projects of town-planning, architectural and landscape transformations, meliorative, traveling, earthwork in the territories of monuments of cultural heritage of national value, in historical and cultural reserves, in the historical and cultural reserved territories, in zones of protection of monuments of national value, in the protected archaeological territories, in historical areas of the inhabited places, and also programs and projects which implementation can affect objects of cultural heritage;
