Some questions of implementation of allowing and registration procedures in construction in the conditions of warlike situation

According to article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that rendering services in questions of allowing and registration procedures in construction is performed taking into account the following features:

1) for action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within one year from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation:

the construction of individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses is not higher than two floors (without the mansard floor) up to 200 sq.m (except the blocked apartment houses, three and more blocked apartment houses which designing is performed based on town-planning conditions and restrictions), economic buildings and constructions, garages, elements of improvement and gardening of the parcel of land according to the decision of the customer according to town-planning documentation at the local level and in case of lack of the approved town-planning documentation at the local level - according to the purpose of the parcel of land and restrictions in use of lands determined by the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" it can be performed by the customer without receipt of the construction passport of building of the parcel of land.
