About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1091

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1091 "About approval of the list of separate goods concerning which providing customs payment is not provided" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, to Art. 4857; 2024, No. 76, Art. 4485; 2025, No. 56, the Art. 3865) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026, but not earlier than day of its publication.

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word and figures "and Items 11, of the 12th list approved by this resolution which lose force since January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Item 11 of the list approved by this resolution which loses force since January 1, 2027, and Items 11-1 and 12 of the list approved by this resolution which lose force since January 1, 2029".
2. In the list of separate goods concerning which providing customs payment is not provided, approved by the specified resolution:
The word "Items" to replace 1) in Item 11 with the word "Item", and "and 9-36" to exclude the word and figures;
2) to add the list with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1. Goods which description and codes according to UKTVED are determined by Item 9-36 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine.".
