About approval of Rules of reception-transmission of documents for archive storage in the Industry Public Records Office of the National Bank of Ukraine and modification of Rules of application of the list of the documents which are formed in activities of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", Regulations on the Industry Public Records Office of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 21, 2024 No. 73 (with changes), for the purpose of ensuring document storage of National Archive Fund, other types of archive documents of banks, decide the organizations of archiving and work with documents of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine:
1. Approve Rules of reception-transmission of documents for archive storage in the Industry Public Records Office of the National Bank of Ukraine (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. Bring in Rules of application of the list of the documents which are formed in activities of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 27, 2018 No. 130 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Item 1:
words of "organizations, the companies and the organizations" shall be replaced with words "legal entities";
add Item with words "(with changes)";
