About modification of the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products

Bring in the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2021 No. 1342 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 100, Art. 6591; 2022, No. 16, Art. 853; 2024, No. 86, the Art. 5353), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products

1. To add Item 2 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level is the Ukrainian state fund of support of farms (further - Ukrgosfond).".

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.

2. The fourth Item 3 to replace the paragraph with paragraphs of the following content:

"which are registered in the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" (further - the State agrarian register);

which as of date of application for receipt of compensation are not and do not perform economic activity in the territories of Ukraine which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation included in the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the approved Minrazvitiya and for which date of completion of temporary occupation is not determined (was conducted);

which are not included in the list of faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or to which the international sanctions are applied;
