About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. This Procedure determines conditions of provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products and the mechanism of use of the means provided by Ministry of Economics in the government budget according to the budget program "Financial Support of Agricultural Producers" for the state support of insurance of agricultural products (further - budgetary funds).
2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is the Ministry of Economics.
Manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level is the Ukrainian state fund of support of farms (further - Ukrgosfond).
Receivers of budgetary funds are agricultural producers.
3. The state support is provided to agricultural producers - legal entities, irrespective of legal form and pattern of ownership and to physical persons entrepreneurs (further - insurers):
