1. This Procedure determines requirements to development, carrying out monitoring, assessment of results of realization and the reporting under accomplishment of strategy which are basis for forming of offers on public investments, in particular concerning preparation of the mid-term plan of priority public investments of the state, public investment projects and programs of public investments.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:
tasks are the concretized directions of actions determining logic of achievement of strategic objectives and which are key conditions for their realization within the established period;
the measure is the specific action directed to creation of complete product and accomplishment of task;
value of indicator is numerical expression which reflects the actual or planned level of achievement of indicator for certain moment or for specific period of time;
the indicator of accomplishment is the predetermined characteristic which displays sign of the achieved result of accomplishment of action and is used for assessment of the fact of its accomplishment;
