For the purpose of implementation of article 56-2 of the Code about the non-tax income of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 37 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About insurance and insurance activity", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of actuaries and insurance brokers according to appendix.
2. Establish:
1) the onetime charge for registration and re-registration in the Unified state register of actuaries and insurance brokers with:
- actuaries - 10 (ten) settlement indicators;
- insurance brokers - 10 (ten) settlement indicators;
2) annual collection for maintaining the Unified state register of actuaries and insurance brokers with:
- actuaries - 10 (ten) settlement indicators;
- insurance brokers - 10 (ten) settlement indicators.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
