About approval of the Regulations on Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of digitalization, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time in accordance with the established procedure:
1) to take the measures following from this resolution;
2) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the approved number of staff and means provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding years.
