About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made (further – the List).

2. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026, except for paragraphs of third, fourth and fifth Item 3 of the List which become effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2019 No. 292 "About approval of the professional standard "Psychological and Social Work" the following change:

to be reworded as follows appendix to the professional standard "Psychological and Social Work" approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this List.

2.
