About approval of the List of veterinary medicines which address is not allowed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Appendix No. 4 of Regulations of the address of the veterinary medicines on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 1 and Determination of antimicrobic medicines or groups of the antimicrobic medicines intended for treatment of certain infections of the person according to Regulations (EU) 2019/6 European Parliament and Council and Regulations of the commission (EU) of July 19, 2022 I ORDER to No. 2022/1255,:

1. Approve:

1) the list of veterinary medicines which address is not allowed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to Appendix 1 to this order;

2) the list of antimicrobic medicines and groups of the antimicrobic medicines prohibited for treatment of diseases of productive animals including aquaculture and beekeeping, according to Appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of the electronic copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its first official publication.

The list of veterinary medicines which address is not allowed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is not allowed:

registration and use of chemotherapeutic antibacterial veterinary medicines with the preventive purpose and for the purpose of stimulation of productivity of farm animals;

registration of veterinary medicines for the purpose of application to productive animals, including objects of aquaculture and the beekeeping containing the following medicines in the structure:

абамектин (for sheep (in the period of lactation) whose milk is intended in food to people);

авиламицин (for agricultural bird (in the period of egg production) whose eggs are intended in food to people);

азаглинафарелин (for salmons whose caviar is intended in food to people);

amoxicillin (for agricultural bird (in the period of egg production) whose eggs are intended in food to people);

ampicillin (for agricultural bird (in the period of egg production) whose eggs are intended in food to people);

anabolic steroids;

androgenic steroids (except for testosterone, progesterone and their derivatives which application as a part of veterinary medicines is allowed for the purpose of treatment of animals with dysfunction of ovaries);

апрамицин (for all animal species (in the period of lactation or egg production), milk or eggs of which are intended in food to people);

beta адреностимуляторы (beta agonists) (except for beta адреномиметиков which application as a part of veterinary medicines is allowed for the purpose of relaxation of muscles of uterus at cows in case of pathological childbirth (except 17b-oestradiol and its efiropodobny derivatives));

diamond green (for commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding));

Bromhexine (for all animal species (in the period of lactation or egg production), milk or eggs of which are intended in food to people);

nitroksinit (for cattle and sheep (in the period of lactation) whose milk is intended in food to people);

nitrofurans;

оксациллин (for agricultural bird (in the period of egg production) whose eggs are intended in food to people);

oksoliniyevy acid (for all animal species (in the period of lactation or egg production), milk or eggs of which are intended in food to people);
