About approval of the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2015 No. 224;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2015 No. 224" of January 15, 2018 No. 22;
3) Item 9 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of regulation of activities of members of the security market" of January 28, 2019 No. 24;
4) Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the address of government securities which issuer the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2023 acts as No. 266.
