About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of the child care facilities of residential type performing activities for care of children, stationary, semiportable organizations (organizations) of social servicing rendering services to persons (children) with disability and to elderly citizens irrespective of patterns of ownership

For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of accreditation of the subjects rendering services to the children who are in difficult life situation and also persons (children) with disability and to elderly citizens according to Articles 26, 39 Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic about children, article 6-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on accreditation of the child care facilities of residential type performing activities for care of children, stationary, semiportable organizations (organizations) of social servicing rendering services to persons (children) with disability and to elderly citizens irrespective of patterns of ownership according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. Determine that this resolution is implemented within the approved budget of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
